Discreetly spreading the Word of God in school with Christian clothes-1

Every good socialite knows, in order to be a great conversationalist, they should wear something that provokes a question. With public schools flat out ignoring and even shunning anything that has to do with God and His teachings, Christian clothes are an excellent way to discreetly spread His Word.

While it's not encouraged for any Christian to press their faith down anyone's throat, you can't help it if they're curious, right? An inquisitive mind is an open mind, and this may even lead that person toward opening their heart to Jesus as their Lord and Savior.

This also eliminates the argument that your child is trying to promote or sell anything in school, or purposefully be a disruption of any kind. If their peers are curious about your child's Christian clothing, then aren't they fostering a learning environment? If anything, your child is helping teachers to do their jobs, by showing the other children that knowledge can be empowering and even uplifting.

Words to the wise

Even still, you should fully prepare your child for the ridicule they might endure by wearing Christian clothing to school. Some people are adversely predispositioned toward people of faith, but only out of ignorance. Teach your child to show those people nothing but kindness, generosity, and a broad sweet smile every time someone tries to debunk or hostilely question their faith.

Teachers, too, might target your child should they wear Christian clothing to school, claiming it to be a distraction or offensive to the other students. Remind them that God taught His children to love all their brothers and sisters – your child is not there to disrupt or offend. If anything, the school should be more diligent to help the other students understand tolerance and differences.

Tips for picking Christian clothes

You should select obscure but beautiful or especially insightful Christian clothes to encourage others to ask questions. Perhaps even making it into an educational game with your children, asking them to point out a shirt they don't understand so you can further educate them on the Word of God.

Your children can then pass this information on to their peers, when someone asks a question of course. If someone asks a question that your child can't answer, then they will come home and ask you or refer to the scriptures, further encouraging productive growth and learning. All in all, sending your child to school in Christian clothes is a win-win situation for everyone.
